  • Yes, I am offering Communication Consulting and Goal-Achievement Consulting via telehealth services for clients in the US and abroad

  • I hold a Master of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy from Northwestern University and am a Master’s level therapist specializing in relationships, family of origin, and integrative systemic therapy.

I am a Marriage and Family Candidate in Colorado and an Organization Consultant and Coach in the US.

My approach integrates relational neurobiology, structured intervention, and specialized relationship and individual treatment.

  • Yes, I work with individuals, couples, and ethically non-monogamous partnerships around intimacy, sexuality, desire, and addressing the sexual domain of a relationship as part of my clinical training as a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy.

I am not a Certified Sex Therapist through AASECT, which is an additional professional credential requiring advanced specialized education and supervision in sex therapy.

    What’s the difference?
Relational therapists are trained to assess and treat relationships, including many intimacy-related concerns. A certified sex therapist has additional specialized certification focused specifically on sexual functioning, sexual health, and more complex sexuality-specific clinical concerns.

If your goals involve relational intimacy, desire differences, communication around sex, sexual shame, improving the sex life, sexuality, or strengthening connection, this work may be a strong fit. If your needs require a narrower specialty, I’ll help guide you toward the right support.

  • The length of therapy depends on your goals and the complexity of the patterns involved. Some couples benefit from short-term structured work, while others engage in longer-term therapy to address deeper relational dynamics. We will discuss expectations and structure during your initial consultation. I honor my client’s goals and also offer my clinical recommendations.

  • We have limited sliding scale spots to reflect the changing economy and meet our clients where they are.

  • Yes, I do at a rate of $250/Hour.
