Goal-Focused Coaching

Structured, 90-minute sessions designed to support follow-through, reduce avoidance, and help you complete meaningful goals.

Goal-Focused Coaching is structured, action-oriented, one-on-one support designed to help you move from intention to completion.

Unlike psychotherapy, this work is focused on real-time goal execution, decision-making, and sustained follow-through.

Sessions are available virtually anywhere in the US or in person in Denver CO, and combine strategic planning with accessible work, allowing you to make tangible progress within each session.

This approach integrates principles from behavioral science, including goal-setting theory, accountability structures, and attentional regulation.
